STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, CUMBERLAND / PERRY HOUSING INITIATWES, INC., is about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with J. E. Husic Company, for demolition of a l-story
residential structure located at 801 Upland Street, in Lower Alien Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal Contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said CUMBERLAND / PERRY HOUSING INITIATWES,
1NC to the said J. E. Husic Company to commence work on the said building, or purchase
materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said Contract with J. E. Husic
Company and the further consideration of One Dollar to be paid by the Owner, it is agreed that
no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any
material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor for the renovations at said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
