Settlement, it is hereby ORDERED that the Petitioners are authorized to enter
into a settlement in the gross sum of $8,750.00. Petitioners are authorized to
sign the Release attached to the Petition as Exhibit "G."
The settlement proceeds shall be distributed as follows:
TO: Schmidt Kramer PC, $2,187.50 as attorneys' fees (1 / 2 or
$1,093.75, is to be paid to Steven J. Schiffman, Esquire as a
referral fee) .
TO: Schmidt Kramer PC, $154.82 as costs.

TO: Christopher Blinn, minor son of Michael and Sandra
Blinn, $6,407.68.
Said sums payable to the minor shall be invested by Michael and Sandra
Blinn, Parents and Natural Guardians, for the minor, and shall be deposited in
compliance with Pa. R.C.P. 2039(b)(2). Each account shall be marked as
follows:
"This money shall be held in trust, not to be redeemed,
except by Order of this Court, before June 22, 2016."
The law firm of Schmidt Kramer PC shall oversee the execution of the
preceding paragraph.
