MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SERVICES AND SEWER RATES
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220
Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through
its Solicitor, Jennifer B. Hippp, Esquire, and files the
following municipal claim against 827 W. Trindle Partners, owning
property located at 827 West Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg, Monroe
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17055, its last known
mailing address being: 827 West Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg,
Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055. 827 W.
Trindle Partners is the owner of all that certain lot of ground,
including any improvements thereon, being more fully described as
follows:
ALL those two (2) certain adjoining pieces or parcels of
land situated in the Township of Monroe, County of
Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
PARCEL NO. 1: BEGINNING at a point in the center of the
Trindle Road, at the corner of property formerly of C. Irvin
Horrocks, Jr. and wife, now or formerly of Thomas W.
Cawthern and wife, thence along the line of said property
now or formerly of Thomas W. Cawthern and wife, South 20
degrees 30 minutes East, a distance of 170 feet to a point
on the line of a proposed 18 foot alley; thence along the
line of said alley, South 69 degrees 30 minutes West, a
distance of 130 feet to a point of Parcel No. 2 hereinbelow;
thence along the line of Parcel No. 2 hereinbelow, North 20
degrees 30 minutes West, a distance of 170 feet to a point
in the center line of said Trindle Road, aforesaid; thence
along the center line of said Trindle Road, North 69 degrees
30 minutes East, a distance of 130 feet to a point, the
place of BEGINNING.
HAVING erected thereon a masonry commercial building known
and numbered as 827 West Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania.
PARCEL N0. 2: BEGINNING at a point in the center line of the
Trindle Road at the northwestern corner of Parcel No. 1
described hereinabove; thence in a southerly direction along
the western line of said Parcel No. 1 hereinabove, a
distance of 170 feet, more or less, to a point on a proposed
18 foot alley; thence in a westerly direction along the
northern line of said alley, a distance of 25 feet, more or
less, to a point on the eastern line of Wertz Avenue as
shown on a Plan of lots known as "Revised Plan of Trindle
Spring Manor which said Plan of Lots is recorded in the
Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book 10, Page
36; thence northwardly along the eastern line of said Wertz
Avenue as shown on the aforementioned Plan, a distance of
170 feet, more or less, to a point in the center line of the
Trindle Road; thence eastwardly along the center line of the
Trindle Road, a distance of 25 feet, more or less, to the
point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES WHICH Keystone Financial Bank, N.A.,
formerly Financial Trust, by deed dated July 12, 1999 and
recorded July 22, 1999 in the Cumberland County Recorder of
Deeds Office in Deed Book 204, Page 390, granted and
conveyed unto 827 W. Trindle Partners.
Tax Parcel No. 22-24-0783-037.

Monroe Township Municipality Authority hereby files this
Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed
from January 1, 2007 through and up to and including September 3,
2008 (first calendar quarter 2007 through and including second
calendar quarter 2008 and up to and including September 3, 2008).
Said Authority services and sewer rates were levied and assessed
pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-04, same being known as a
Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipal Authority
imposing user charges to be collected from the owner of each
improved property served or to be served by this Authority's
sewer systems; and providing for payment and collection of such
user charges. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the
statements forwarded by Monroe Township Municipal Authority to
827 W. Trindle Partners for sewerage due to be treated from
January 1, 2007 through and up to and including September 3, 2008
(first calendar quarter 2007 through and including second
calendar quarter 2008 and up to and including September 3, 2008),
which services total is in the amount of $1,208.61, which sum was
duly assessed against 827 W. Trindle Partners, and the real
property described herein from the date of said billing
statements as attached hereto, and for which sum, with interest

in the amount of ten (10~) percent, along with penalties and all
costs, including attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed
against the above-described real property and premises in
accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as
amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended (Municipal Claims and
Tax Liens).

Dear Mr. Kopperman:
I am contacting you on behalf of Monroe Township relative to your sewer account #829.
'This account is delinquent As of the last billing notice, same being dated May 15, 2008, the
delinquency is in the amount of $1,208.61. The purpose of this letter is to request that these
accounts be brought current. If the accounts are not brought current within thirty (30) days of
receipt of this letter, a Municipal Lien will be placed against real estate owned by you, same
being known and numbered as 827 West Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg, PA. This will result
in filing fees, service costs and attorney's fees. Attomey's fees that are inc~nred with respect to
the collection of this delinquent account will be assessed. Attorney's fees will be charged at the
cuurent rate. Attorney's fees will be imposed and/or assessed if this amount remains delinquent
after thirty (30) days from the mailing of this notice . The imposition of assessment of attorney's
fees maybe avoided by you making payment in full of the delinquency within thirty(30) days of
receipt of this letter as set forth herein.
