MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SERVICES AND SEWER RATES
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220
Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through
its Solicitor, Jennifer B. Hippp, Esquire, and files the
following municipal claim against Carlos Ramos, II, adult
individual, owning property located at 365 Criswell Drive,
Boiling Springs, Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, 17007, his last known mailing address being: 365
Criswell Drive, Boiling Springs, Monroe Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania 17007. Carlos Ramos, II, is the owner of
all that certain lot of ground, including any improvements
thereon, being more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land located in Monroe Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded
and described, as follows:
BEGINNING at a railroad monument in the Northerly right-of-
way line of the Reading Railway Company at corner of land
now or formerly of Anne Criswell; thence by lands now or
formerly of Anne Criswell, North 01 degree 15 minutes West,
a distance of 389.9 feet to a nail in the center of a public
road; thence continuing across said public road on the same
course a distance of 55.6 feet, more or less, to a point in
the center of the Yellow Breeches Creek; thence by the
center of the Yellow Breeches Creek, North 65 degrees 30
minutes West, a distance of 75 feet, more or less, to a
point; thence by lands now or formerly of John A. Gouse,
Jr., et ux, South 24 degrees 30 minutes West, a distance of
53.0 feet, more or less, to a point in the center of the
aforesaid public road; thence by the same and continuing
across the said public road on the same course a distance of
378.9 feet to a stake in the Northerly right-of-way line of
the Reading Railroad Company; thence by the Northerly right-
of-way line of the Reading Railroad Company, South 72
degrees East, a distance of 272.0 feet to a railroad
monument, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 1.70 acres, more or less, and having a frontage
on the center of the aforesaid public road of 100 feet.
HAVING THEREON erected a dwelling house known and numbered
as 365 Criswell Drive, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES WHICH Carlos Ramos, II and Christine
Ramos, husband and wife, by deed dated June 18, 1997 and
recorded June 18, 1997, in the Cumberland County Record of
Deeds Office, in Deed Book 159, Page 615, granted and
conveyed unto Carlos Ramos, II, Owner.
Tax Parcel No. 22-30-2664-013
Monroe Township Municipality Authority hereby files this
Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed
from January 1, 2007 through and up to and including September 3,
2008 (first calendar quarter 2007 through and including second
calendar quarter 2008 and up to and including September 3, 2008).
Said Authority services and sewer rates were levied and assessed

pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-04, same being known as a
Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipal Authority
imposing user charges to be collected from the owner of each
improved property served or to be served by this Authority's
sewer systems; and providing for payment and collection of such
user charges. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the
statements forwarded by Monroe Township Municipal Authority to
Carlos Ramos, II for sewerage due to be treated from January 1,
2007 through and up to and including September 3, 2008 (first
calendar quarter 2007 through and including second calendar
quarter 2008 and up to and including September 3, 2008), which
services total is in the amount of $1,020.51, which sum was duly
assessed against Carlos Ramos, II, and the real property
described herein from the date of said billing statements as
attached hereto, and for which sum, with interest in the amount
of ten (10~) percent, along with penalties and all costs,
including attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed against
the above-described real property and premises in accordance with
the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101,
et seq, as amended (Municipal Claims and Tax Liens).

Dear Mr. Ramos:
I am contacting you on behalf of Monroe Township relative to your sewer account #102.
This account is delinquent. As of the last billing notice, same being dated May 15, 2008, the
delinquency is in the amount of 51,020.51. The purpose of this letter is to request that these
accounts be brought current. ff the accounts are not brought current within thirty (30) days of
receipt of this letter, a Municipal Lien will be placed against real estate owned by you, same
being known and numbered as 365 Criswell Drive, Boiling Springs, PA. This will result in
filing fees, service costs and attorney's fees. Attorney's fees that are incurred with respect to the
collection of this delinquent account will be assessed. Attomey's fees will be charged at the • .
current rate. Attorney's fees will be imposed and/or assessed if this amount remains delinquent
after thirty (30) days from the mailing of this notice . The imposition of assessment of attorney's
fees maybe avoided by you making payment in full of the delinquency within thirty(30) days of
