C9- 5448 MUNICIPAL LIEN MUNICIPAL LIEN MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SERVICES AND SEWER RATES AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220 Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through its Solicitor, Jennifer B. Hippp, Esquire, and files the following municipal claim against Elizabeth A. Vincett-Fourlas, adult individual, owning property located at 1355 Zimmerman Road, Carlisle, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17015, her last known mailing address being: 1355 Zimmerman Road, Carlisle, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17015. Elizabeth A. Vincett-Fourlas, is the owner of all that certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon, being more fully described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with a final subdivision plan for Raymond Diehl, as recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 37, Page 56, as follows: BEGINNING at a spike in the center line of Zimmerman Road (Township Route 553), said spike being set on the dividing line between Lots Nos. 1 and 2 on the aforesaid subdivision plan; thence by said dividing line, South 75 degrees 53 minutes 12 seconds West 464.57 feet to a point; thence by land now or formerly of Marlin Stoner, North 02 degrees 57 minutes 36 seconds West 94.68 feet to an iron pin; thence by land now or formerly of Harold Gregg, North 75 degrees 53 minutes 12 seconds East 417.45 feet to a spike in the center line of Zimmerman Road aforesaid; thence by the center line of Zimmerman Road, South 31 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds East 97.46 feet to the place of BEGINNING. CONTAINING 0.993 acre (including right-of-way), and being Lot No. 2 on the aforesaid Subdivision Plan. HAVING THEREON erected a dwelling house known and numbered as 1355 Zimmerman Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. BEING THE SAME PREMISES WHICH Nickolas George Fourlas and Elizabeth A. Vincett-Fourlas, husband and wife, by deed dated May 12, 2006 and recorded June 6, 2006 in the Cumberland County Record of Deeds Office, in Deed Book 274, Page 4925, granted and conveyed unto Elizabeth A. Vincett- Fourlas, Owner. Tax Parcel No. 22-10-0640-041A Monroe Township Municipality Authority hereby files this Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed from January 1, 2007 through and up to and including September 3, 2008 (first calendar quarter 2007 through and including second calendar quarter 2008 and up to and including September 3, 2008). Said Authority services and sewer rates were levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-04, same being known as a Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipal Authority imposing user charges to be collected from the owner of each -2- improved property served or to be served by this Authority's sewer systems; and providing for payment and collection of such user charges. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the statements forwarded by Monroe Township Municipal Authority to Elizabeth A. Vincett-Fourlas for sewerage due to be treated from January 1, 2007 through and up to and including September 3, 2008 (first calendar quarter 2007 through and including second calendar quarter 2008 and up to and including September 3, 2008), which services total is in the amount of $1,161.32, which sum was duly assessed against Elizabeth A. As of the last billing notice, same being dated May 15, 2008, the delinquency is in the amount of $1,161.32. The purpose of this letter is to request that these accounts be brought current. If the accounts are not brought current within thirty (30) days of receipt of this letter, a Municipal Lien will, be placed against real estate owned by you, same being known and numbered as 1355 Zimmerman Road, Carlisle, PA. This will result in filing fees, service costs and attorney's fees. Attorney's fees that are incurred with respect to the collection of this delinquent account will be assessed Attorney's fees will be charged at the current rate. Attorney's fees will be imposed and/or assessed if this amount remains delinquent after thirty (30) days from the mailing of tWs notice. The imposition of assessment of attorney's fees may be avoided by you making payment in full of the delinquency within thirty(30) days of receipt of this letter as set forth herein.
