Letters filed by Kenneth L. Ransom, dated and filed on September 16, 2008, for the estate of Hereward
Wayne Ransom, TI' IS HEREBY DECREED that the Petitioner shall post surety bond in the amount
of $5,000. IT IS ALSO DECREED that upon filing the Bond of Personal Representative, Letters
of Administration shall be granted to Kenneth L. Ransom.
