PRELIMINARY DECREE
AND NOW, this /(~`~ day of 2008, upon
~~onsideration of the attached petition, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND
DECREED that a citation be issued, directed to Margaret E.
deSilvestri, an alleged incapacitated person, to show cause, if
any there be, why she should not be declared partially or totally
incapacitated and why Anna K. Bailey should not be appointed
limited or plenary guardian of Mrs. deSilvestri's person and
estate. The citation shall be returnable and a hearing shall be
held on ~~ ~,c.0~ a(~ 2008, at ,3~O~.m., in Courtroom No.
~, ~ Floor, Cumberland County Courthouse, One Courthouse
Square, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
In accordance with 20 Pa. C.S. X5511, a copy of the
petition, citation, and notice of the hearing shall be personally
served on Margaret E. deSilvestri, the alleged incapacitated
person, at least 20 days before the hearing; and, at least 20
days before the hearing, a copy of the petition, citation, and
notice of the hearing shall be served by first-class mail on the
following next of kin and/or interested parties:
