building upon a lot of land situate
All that certain lot, piece, parcel or tract of land being situated in Silver Springs
Township, County of Cumberland, State of Pennsylvania, being more fixlly bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a ¼" Iron Pin on the eastern right-of-way line of
S.R. O114 and the northern right-of-way line of Humer Drive (50 foot
wide private right-of-way), said point being the southwestern corner of
Lot I of the Final Plot Plan for Lands of Willard C. & Ethel V. Humer
recorded in Plan Book 22 Page 172; thence along the eastern right-of-way
line of said S.R. 0114, the following two courses and distances; (1) with a
curve to the right having a radius of 2724.93 feet and an arc length of
140.32 feet to a W' Rebar; (2) N 02D47'00TM W, a distance of I25.00 feet to
a W' Rebar and the southwestern corner of lot 2; thence along the southern
line of said lot 2, S 66°02'52" E, a distance of 218.49 feet to a %" Rebar
on the western right-of-way of Humer Drive; thence along the said right-
of-way of Humer Drive. the following two courses and distances; (1) S
22°00'00" W, a'distance of 56.73 feet to a W' Rebar; (2) with a curve to
the right having a radius of 198.10 feet and an arc length of 237.90 feet to
a ½" Iron Pin, the Place of BEGINNING.
The above-described parcel contains 0.82 acres of land, more or
less, and is identified asLot 1 of the Final Plot Plan for Lands of Willard
C. and Ethel V. Humer. Said Plan is recorded in the Recorder of Deeds
Office of the Cdmbefland County Courthouse in Carlisle, Pennsylvania in
Plan Book 22 at Page 172.

NO LIEN AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, an agreement was entered into between:
Rine & Rine Builders
Wanita J. Stewart, Russell R. Outshall III
'Contractor' of 18 Darrin Avenue, Newburg, PA 17240
'Owners' of 1314 Wilson Avenue, Chambersburg, PA 17201
and
whereby the said contractor undertook and agreed to perform cedain construction work and to provide certain materials
and perform certain work necessary to erect a dwelling for the price or sum of $139,290.00
on owner's lot situated at: Lot H-2, Rine Estates, Liberty Drive, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania 17257
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WlTNESSETH, That the said contractor for and in consideration of
the sum of One ($1.00) to him in hand paid by the said owners, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and further
consideration as agreed upon, for him, his sub-contractors and all parties acting through or under him, by him, or any of
them, against the said house of the owners situated as above stated, and the plot of ground appurtenant thereto, for or
on account of any work done or materials furnished by him, or any of them, under said contract or otherwise, for
towards, in or abQut the said construction and work at the said house of the owners, and the said contractor for himself
and his sub-contractors, and others under him, hereby expressly waives and relinquishes the right to have, file or
maintain any mechanics' lien or claim against the said house and the plot of ground, and agrees that this agreement
waiving the right of lien shall be an independent contract.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said contractor and the said owners have executed this agreement
