Etter, Sr. cra ca File No. 21-08-0063 Date of Death: 01/07/2008 Dear Sir or Madam: I am attorney for the above referenced estate and we filed an Inheritance Tax Return through the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on September 3, 2008. Upon return to my office and a review of the Return as it was being filed, I noted that we had a clerical error that caused all of the information that was to have been listed as part of Schedule "E" was placed on Schedule "B". This was an error between my staff and me in my dictation. I bring this to your attention so that you are aware of the fact that we noticed this error and, by copy of this correspondence, are also providing notice in the Register of Wills' Office in Cumberland County.
