Hillary and Jeanne L. Hillary, 708 Holly Pike, Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania 17065 to provided materials and perform labor necessary for new construction upon a lot of ground located at 708 Holly Pike, South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, at County Parcel Number 40-30-2646-028.. See legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A" NOW WHEREAS, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said buildings or any part thereof. This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary, Office of Judicial Support or County Clerk within ten days after the date in accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided. Hillary File No.: BW08-9880 Waiver of Liens/Stipulation t r _ EXHIBIT "A" BEING PARCEL NUMBER 40-30-2646-028 ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in the Township of South Middleton, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, together with the improvements thereon erected, bounded and described as follows: BEING all of Lot No. 16 and the northern 40 feet section of Lot No. 15 on that certain Plan of Lots known as Mountain View Addition, which Plan is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Plan Book 3, page 86. The premises herein conveyed contains 100 feet in frontage along U.S. Route No. 34 (Baltimore Street Extended) and extends 150 feet in depth on the northern and southern side. BEING improved with a dwelling house known and numbered 708 Holly Pike, Mount Holly Springs. SUBJECT to Building Restrictions attached to Plan of Mountain View Addition adjoining Mt.
