DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this o~'"'21ay of `.~~~„~v , 2008, upon after hearing testimony
of the Petition for Probate of a Photocopy of Will and Grant of Letters, and the burden of
proof having been met, the document purported to be a photocopy of the Last Will and
Testament of Walter M. Fickes, deceased, is admitted to probate. Letters Testamentary
shall be granted to Virginia J. Fickes.
Virginia J. Fickes shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
