ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 1~~~ day of September, 2008, upon consideration of the Petition For Waiver
of Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that Eric N. Franson and Arne
Markeviciute will apply on September 24, 2008 for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that
extraordinary circ~nstance demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said
license immediately upon proper application thereof provided all provisions concerning marriages under
Pa C. S. Title 23 are met.
