STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, ENOLA CHAEL, LP is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with
GALBRAITH/PRE-DESIGN, INC., for construction of improvements at its building located at 400
S. Enola Drive and 2 and 4 Pine Street, in Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal Contract, and before any
authority has been given by the said ENOLA CHAPEL, LP to the said GALBRAITH/PRE-DESIGN,
INC. to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of
the making of the said Contract with GALBRAITH/PRE-DESIGN, INC. and the further
consideration of One Dollar to be paid by the Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against
the building by the Contractor, or any subcon~actor, nor by any material men or workmen or any
other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor for the renovations at said building,
the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
