ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 23~d day of September, 2008, upon consideration of the
Petition for Authority to Compromise Claims on Behalf of the Estate,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that:
1. A Rule is issued upon the beneficiaries of the Estate of Jean M. Kasun,
Erie Insurance Company and Progressive Insurance company, as shown on the
Certificate of Service attached to this Petition ("Respondents"), to show cause
why the Petitioner is not entitled to the relief requested;
2. Respondents shall file an answer to the Petition on or before
October 15, 2008;
3. The Petition shall be decided under Pa.R.C.P. 206.7;
4. Any depositions shall be completed on or before November 21, 2008;
5. A Hearing/Argument shall be held on December 22, 2008, at 2:00 p.m.
in Courtroom No. 5 of the Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania; and
6. Notice of the Entry of this Order shall be provided to all Respondents
by Petitioner.
