CLAIM OF BOROUGH OF LEMOYNE
FOR SEWER AND REFUSE RATES
AND NOW, on this 22"~ day of September, 2008, comes the Borough of
Lemoyne, by its Secretary, and files the following claim, pursuant to the Act of May
16, 1923, P.L. 207, Section 9, as amended 53 P.S. Subsection 7143, and by
Ordinance 362 of the Borough of Lemoyne.
1. Name of Owner of property against which claim is filed:

2 , The description of the property against which claim is filed:

3. The kind of character of the services rendered for which the claim is filed:
< Delinquent Refuse Collection and/or Sewage Usage Fees
4. The amount due and owing is:
< $3,343.63 plus penalties, interest, and the cost of filing and removal of
the lien.
