FOR SEWER ANA REFUSE RATES
AND NOW, on this 22"~ day of September, 2008, comes the Borough of
Lemoyne, by its Secretary, and files the following claim, pursuant to the Act of May
16, 1923, P.L. 207, Section 9, as amended 53 P.S. Subsection 7143, and by
Ordinonce 362 of the Borough of Lemoyne.
