AND NOW, on this 22"~ day of September, 2008, comes the Borough of
Lemoyne, by its Secretary, and files the following claim, pursuant to the Act of May
ib, 1923, P.L. 207, Section 9, as amended 53 P.S. Subsection 7143, and by
Ordinance 362 of the Borough of Lemoyne.

appear for me and in my name and stead to enter a release upon the record of said Judgment, as
fully and effectually, to all intents and purpose, as I could were personally present in person to
do so. And for so doing this shall be your sufficient warrant of authority.
