Pennsylvania. building upon a lot of land situate In Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 133 on the Final Subdivision Plan of the Heights of Beacon Hill, Phase 2, recorded In Cumberland County Plan Book 82, page 47, more particularly described in the attached Exhibit A NOW. November 5, 2001 t~ . at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin- cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Rosalie B. Myers to the said Haubert Homes INc. to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Haubert Homes Inc. and the further consideration of One Dollar. to Haubert Homes Inc. paid by Rosalie B.
