AND NOW, this 23`d day of September, 2008, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of
Letters filed by Wilmer I. Shenk, Dwight D. Shenk, and David E. Shenk, dated and filed on September
9, 2008, for the estate of Stanley J. Shenk, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the Petitioners shall post
surety bond in the amount of $53,000. IT IS ALSO DECREED that upon filing the Bond of
Personal Representatives, Letters Testamentary shall be granted to Wilmer I. Shenk, Dwight D.
Shenk, and David E. Shenk.
