On December 26, 2007, a citation was issued in response to your Petition for
Citation to Compel Application for Letters. A response to the citation was due by
January 15, 2008. Since no responses were filed within that time, the Register of Wills
has been waiting for the name of the Petitioner's nominee. If the name is not provided by
close of business on September 30, 2008 the Register will issue a decree denying your
petition due to your dilatory conduct and failure to provide a name.
