AND NOW, this 26TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2008, upon consideration of the Petition For
Waiver of Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that JUSTIN SE;EGER and
HOLLY MARTINEZ will apply on SEPTEMBER 26, 2008 for a marriage license and they Court being
satisfied that extraordinary circumstance demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to
issue said license immediately upon proper application thereof provided provisions concerning
marriages under Pa C. S. Title 23 are met.
