The Petition of Jean Basehore, whose address is 6050 Creekview, load, =~::

1.) Howard M. Bivens, brother of your petitioner, died Apri12, 2006,
intestate, unmarried and without issue.
2.) Howard M. Bivens was survived by 6 brothers and sisters, viz Mabel
Hankey, Elizabeth Smee, Helen Frame, Robert Bivens, Clarence Bivens and your
petitioner Jean Basehore.
3.) Letters Administration on the. estate of Howard M. Bivens were
granted to Clarence Bivens by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County May 23,
2006.
4.) Clarence Bivens as administrator took possession of and liquidated the
assets c~ the decedent, paid the creditors, prepared and filed the Pennsylvania
Inheritance Tax return which was audited and approved, opened an estate checking
account in Citizens Bank and prepared to pay the costs of administration and make
distribution to the heirs which would complete settlement of the estate.
5.) Before he wound up the Howard M. Bivens estate he died April 29,
2008.
6.) No personal representative has been appointed for the Howard M.
Bivens Estate.
7.) The sole asset in the estate is the checking account in Citizens Bank
with a balance of $2,857.70 from which costs of administration on the Howard M.
Bivens estate are payable with the balance payable to the heirs as follows

8.) The cost of having an administrator DBNCTA appointed would be
excessive and the share of the heirs would be little or none.
9.) Notice of the filing of this petition has been given to the heirs, a copy
is attached.
10.) Officials at Citizens Bank have agreed to make individual checks to
the recipients as follows if authorized by your Honorable Court and upon release by
the recipients..
WHEREFORE YOUR petitioner respectfully prays that Citizens Bank
be authorized to distribute the proceeds of the checking account titled The Estate of
Howard Bivens, No. 620197-985-2 to the following upon receipt and release
delivered by each.
