AND NOW, on this 26"' day of September, 2008, comes the Borough of
Lemoyne, but its Secretary, and files the following claim, pursuant to the Act of May
16, 1923, P.L. 207, Section 9, as amended 53 P.S. Subsection 7143, and by
Ordinance 362 of the Borough of Lemoyne.

< Delinquent Refuse Collection and/or Sewage Usage Fees
4. The amount due and owing is:
< $1,861.95 plus penalties, interest, and the cost of filing and removal of
the lien.
