SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE : ~; ~? ~, :S% to ..~ TO THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF SAID COURT: James Gutshall, your Petitioner, files this Petition for Settlement of a Small Estate under the provisions of Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code and in support thereof avers that: (1) Your Petitioner, James Gutshall, is a competent adult residing at 51 Cavalry Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013, and is the son of the above decedent. (2) Clarence E. Gutshall, father of the Petitioner, died on November 21, 1998, at the age of 79 years, but prior thereto lived and was domiciled at 137 Appalachian Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. He died with a Will and no letters Testamentary have been issued. (3) Clarence E. Gutshall. had no probate estate when he died other than the following: 76 Shares of UGI Corporation Statements for the above stock are attached hereto as Exhibit "A." (4) 10 Shares were successfully transferred to James Gutshall and Christine Gutshall. (5) 66 Shares remain in the name of Clarence E. Gutshall. (6) The value of the UGI Corporation stock as of September 25, 2008 is $1,707.42.
