THIS AGREEt~NT made this a'~7 day of ~o~~v--200? by and
between Blue Bear Company, LP hereinafter referred to as
Contractor,

AND
Jason C. Minick and Erin E. Minick, husband and wife, hereinafter
referred to as Owners, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed
to erected and construct a dwelling on the certain lot of ground
situate in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit "A" which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof known as 64 Silver Crown ~'
Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEI~NT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby ~
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Township of Silver Spring,
County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern line of Silver Crown Drive at the dividing line
between Lots Nos. 13 and 14 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along said
dividing line, North 02 degrees 47 minutes East, a distance of One Hundred Fifty (150) feet
to a point; thence North 87 degrees 13 minutes West, a distance of One Hundred (100) feet
to the dividing line between Lots Nos. 14 and 15 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots;
thence a long s aid d ividing 1 ine, S oath 0 2 degrees 47 minutes W est, a distance of One
Hundred Fifty (150) feet to the northern line of Silver Crown Drive; thence along the
