GUARANTY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that in consideration of the sale of
certain equipment by CREDENTIAL LEASING CORPORATION ("Seller") to CARLISLE
SPORTS EMPORIUM, INC. ("Buyer"), and for One ($1.00) Dollar and other good and valuable
considerations, we, KEITH L. PLASTERER and JAMIE LEE PLASTERER, hereby guarantee
to the Seller:
1. That the full balance curren~ue from Buyer to Seller on a Judgment Note in
the amount of $84,325.00 dated January.L; 2000 ("Judgment Note") will be paid and satisfied
according to its terms. We commit to obtaining such funds for such payments in the event Buyer
fails to make such remittances from time to time as required.
2. That this agreement shall remain in full force until said Judgment Note has been
paid in full.
3. In the event of a default by Buyer on the Judgment Note, we hereby authorize
and empower any Prothonotary, Clerk or Attorney of any Court of Record to appear for and
confess judgment against us in favor of Seller, its successors and assigns, for the entire amount
then remaining unpaid in connection with said Judgment Note, with or without declaration filed,
with interest and costs, release of error, without stay of execution and with fifteen (15%) percent
added for collection fees; and we further authorize the immediate issuance of an appropriate writ
of execution upon which real or personal property may be sold without delay as provided by law
or the rules of civil procedure governing the enforcement of judgment; and we also waive the
right of inquisition on any real estate that may be levied upon to collect the amount due under a
judgment obtained by virtue hereof, and we hereby voluntarily condemn the same and hereby
waive and release all relief from any and all appraisement, stay, exemption or homestead laws of

any state, now in force, or hereafter passed, and any right to except to, strike off, open or appeal
from the judgment so entered; and if a true copy of this instrument shall be filed in any action, it
shall not be necessary to file the original as a warrant of attorney, any rule of court to the
contrary notwithstanding. No single exercise of the foregoing warrant and power to confess
judgment shall be deemed to exhaust the power, but it shall continue undiminished and may be
exercised from time to time as often as Seller shall elect until all sums payable by us have been
paid in full.
4. This is a continuing guaranty.
5. That a critical ingredient in the extension of such credit arose because of our
integrity and our relationship to Seller. We have a beneficial interest in Buyer and have been
appreciative of such credit extension.
