I, SPURGEON E. EDMISTON, of East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last wi!! and revoke ~n¥ will previously made by me.
I direct that all my legal debts and funeral expenses, including my gravemarker and all
expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after
my decease as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
II.
I bequeath my household goods, automobiles and other tangible personalty of a like
nature (not including cash or securities), together with any insurance thereon, to my wife, ELVA
H. EDMISTON. Should my wife, ELVA H. EDMISTON, predecease me, then I bequeath such
items of tangible personalty, together with any insurance thereon, to my children, JEAN H.
DIEMLER, DONALD E. EDMISTON and VlCKI K. WELKER, and my granddaughter, DEBORAH
ALEJANDRE, to be divided among them by my Executor, with due regard for their personal
preferences, in as nearly equal shares as practical. In the event that any of my children or my
granddaughter shall predecease me, then I direct that said items of tangible personal property
shall be distributed by my Executor among my surviving children or granddaughter, as applicable.

III.
I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate, of every nature and wherever situate to
my wife, ELVA H. EDMISTON.
IV.
Should my wife, ELVA H. EDMISTON, predecease me, I devise and bequeath the residue
of my estate, of every nature and wherever situate, in four (4) equal shares to my children, JEAN
H. DIEMLER, DONALD E. EDMISTON and VICKI K. WELKER, and my granddaughter,
DEBORAH ALEJANDRE. Should any of my children, JEAN H. DIEMLER, DONALD E.
EDMISTON or VlCKI K. WELKER, or my granddaughter, DEBORAH ALEJANDRE, predecease
me, then I devise and bequeath his or her share to his or her then living issue, per stirpes, and in
default of said issue, said share shall be added to and distributed to the share of the surviving
residuary legatees or his or her then living issue, per stirpes, as applicable.
Should my wife, ELVA H. EDMISTON, predecease me, I direct that my son, DONALD E.
EDMISTON, shall be and is granted the option to pumhase real estate municipally known as 808
Center Street, Enola (East Pennsboro Township), Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to include
the improvements erected thereon. My son, DONALD E. EDMISTON, shall have the dght to
purchase said real estate for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after my date of
death. I direct that my Co-Executor shall, within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of my
death, obtain an appraisal with respect to said estate and shall make a copy of the appraisal
available to my son, DONALD E. EDMISTON. My son, DONALD E. EDMISTON, shall have the
right and option [o purchase said real estate for ~.he appraised fair market value as set forth in the
appraisal provided, however, that my son, DONALD E. EDMISTON, shall provide written notice to
the other Co-Executor within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the date of my death
that my son desires to purchase said real estate for the appraised fair market value. If my son
elects to exercise the option to purchase said real estate, then the purchase pdce shall be paid, in
full, within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the date of my death provided, however,
that my son shall be entitled to use his portion of the residuary estate as part of the purchase
price.

VI.
Should any issue entitled to a share of my estate not have attained the age of twenty-one
(21) at the time of distribution to him or her, I devise and bequeath his or her share to DAUPHIN
DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, IN SEPARATE TRUST, to hold, manage, invest and
reinvest the shares so received and accumulation of income thereon, to use and apply the income
and principal, or so much thereof, at Trustee's discretion, as may be necessary or appropriate for
such issue's support and education (including trade school and college education, both graduate
and undergraduate) without regard for his or her parents' ability to provide for such support or
education, or to make payments for these purposes, without further responsibility, to such issue or
such issue's parent or to any person taking care of such issue. Any principal or income not so
applied shall be distributed to such issue absolutely when he or she attains the age of twenty-one
(21) years. If he or she dies before attaining the age of twenty-one (21) years, the Trust shall
terminate and such share shall be distributed to his or her personal representative.
VII.
The interest to the beneficiaries herein shall not be subject to anticipation or voluntary or
involuntary alienation.
VIII.
I direct that all taxes may be assessed in consequence of my death in whatever nature
and whatever jurisdiction imposed shall be paid from my residuary estate as part of the expense
of the administration of my estate.
IX.
I appoint my wife, ELVA H. EDMISTON, Executrix o1: this, my Last Will. Should my wife,
ELVA H. EDMISTON, fail to qualify or cease to act as Executrix, I appoint my children, JEAN H.
DIEMLER, DONALD E. EDMISTON and VlCKI K. WELKER, Co-Executors of this, my Last Will.
I direct that my Executrix, Trustee, or their successors, shall not be required to post bond
for faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.

For dates of death on or after Janua~ 1, 1995, the tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the surviving spouse is 0%
[72 P.S. 9116 (a) (1.1) (ii)]. The statute does not exempt a transfer to a surviving spouse from tax, and the statuto~ requirements for disclosure of assets
and filing a tax return are still applicable even E the surviving spouse is the on~ beneficial.

The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers from a deceased child twen~-one years of age or younger.at death to or for the use of a natural
parent, an adoptive parent, or a stepparent of the child is 0% [72 P.S. 9116 (a) (1.2)].
The ~x rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's lineal beneficiaries is 4.5%, except as noted in 72 P.S. 9116(1.2)
[72 P.S. 91~S(aX1)].
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's siblings is 12% [72 P.S. 9116(aX1.3)]. A sibling is defined, under
Section 9102, as an individual who has at least one parent in common w~h the decedent, whether by blood or adoption.

I, SPURGEON E. EDMISTON, of East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be mY last will and revoke any will previously made by me.
I direct that all my legal debts and funeral expenses, including my gravemarker and all
expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after
my decease as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
II.
I bequeath my household goods, automobiles and other tangible personalty of a like
nature (not including cash or securities), together with any insurance thereon, to my wife, ELVA
H. EDMISTON. Should my wife, ELVA H. EDMISTON, predecease me, then I bequeath such
items of tangible personalty, together with any insurance thereon, to my children, JEAN H.
DIEMLER, DONALD E. EDMISTON and VlCKI K. WELKER, and my granddaughter, DEBORAH
ALEJANDRE, to be divided among them by my Executor, with due regard for their personal
preferences, in as nearly equal shares as practical. In the event that any of my children or my
granddaughter shall predecease me, then I direct that said items of tangible personal property
shall be distributed by my Executor among my surviving children or granddaughter, as applicable.
III.
I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate, of every nature and wherever situate to
my wife, ELVA H. EDMISTON.
IV.
Should my wife, ELVA H. EDMISTON, predecease me, I devise and bequeath the residue
of my eState, of every nature and wherever situate, in four (4) equal shares to my children, JEAN
H. DIEMLER, DONALD E. EDMISTON and VICKI K. WELKER, and my granddaughter,
DEBORAH ALEJANDRE. Should any of my children, JEAN H. DIEMLER, DONALD E.
EDMISTON or VlCKI K. WELKER, or my granddaughter, DEBORAH ALEJANDRE, predecease
me, then I devise and bequeath his or her share to his or her then living issue, per stirpes, and in
default of said issue, said share shall be added to and distributed to the share of the surviving
residuary legatees or his or her then living issue, per stirpes, as applicable.
Should my wife, ELVA H. EDMISTON, predecease me, I direct that my son, DONALD E.
EDMISTON, shall be and is granted the option to purchase real estate municipally known as 808
Center Street, Enola (East Pennsboro Township), Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to include
the improvements erected thereon. My son, DONALD E. EDMISTON, shall have the right to
purchase said real estate for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after my date of
death. I direct that my Co-Executor shall, within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of my
death, obtain an appraisal with respect to said estate and shall make a copy of the appraisal
available to my son, DONALD E. EDMISTON. My son, DONALD E. EDMISTON, shall have the
right and option to purchase said .mai estate forthe appraised fair'market value as set forth in the
appraisal provided, however, that my son, DONALD E. EDMISTON, shall provide written notice to
the other Co-Executor within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the date of my death
that my son desires to purchase said real estate for the appraised fair market value. If my son
elects to exercise the option to purchase said real estate, then the purchase price shall be paid, in
full, within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the date of my death provided, however,
that my son shall be entitled to use his portion of the residuary estate as part of the purchase
price.

Should any issue entitled to a share of my estate not have attained the age of twenty-one
(21) at the time of distribution to him or her, I devise and bequeath his or her share to DAUPHIN
DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, IN SEPARATE TRUST, to hold, manage, invest and
reinvest the shares so received and accumulation of income thereon, to use and apply the income
and principal, or so much thereof, at Trustee's discretion, as may be necessary or appropriate for
such issue's support and education (including trade school and college education, both graduate
and undergraduate) without regard for his or her parents' ability to provide for such support or
education, or to make payments for these purposes, without further responsibility, to such issue or
such issue's parent or to any person taking care of such issue. Any principal or income not so
applied shall be distributed to such issue absolutely when he or she attains the age of twenty-one
(21) years. If he or she dies before attaining the age of twenty-one (21) years, the Trust shall
terminate and such share shall be distributed to his or her personal representative.
VII.
The interest to the beneficiaries herein shall not be subject to anticipation or voluntary or
involuntary alienation.
VIII.
I direct that all taxes may be assessed in consequence of my death in whatever nature
and whatever jurisdiction imposed shall be paid from my residuary estate as part of the expense
of the administration of my estate.
IX.
I appoint my wife, ELVA H. EDMISTON, Executrix of this, my Last Will. Should my wife,
ELVA H. EDMISTON, fail to qualify or cease to act as Executrix, I appoint my children, JEAN H.
DIEMLER, DONALD E. EDMISTON and VlCKI K. WELKER, Co-Executors of this, my Last Will.
I direct that my Executrix, Trustee, or their successors, shall not be required to post bond
for faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
