attached hereto.

EXHIBIT "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in the Township of
Hampden, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the western side of Salem Church
Road at lands known as Lot No. 3 of Plan of Salem Gardens, Inc. (P.B. 37, Pg. 1)
now or formerly of Daup~n ~istribution; thence along said latter lands, South 62
degrees 34 minutes 10 sec'0~i~iS West, a distance of 767.36 feet to a point at the
dividing line between Lots Nos. 6 and 4 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan
of lots; thence along said dividing line and further along the dividing line between
Lots Nos. 6 and 5 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots, North 15
degrees 15 minutes West, a distance of 450.76 feet to a pipe at comer of lands now
or formerly of Gary E. Monighan; thence along lands of the latter and lands now or
formerly of Dennis W. Chambers, Larry N. Berkebile, Stephen Clark Lane and
Robert P. Elliott, North 74 degrees 45 minutes East, a distance of 535.27 feet to a
pipe at comer of lands now or formerly of John T. Hollibaugh; thence along said
latter lands the following twb (2) courses and distances: (1) South 15 degrees 15
minutes East, a distance of 94.90 feet to an iron pin; and (2) North 74 degrees 45
minutes East, a distance of 199.98 feet to a point on the westem side of Salem
Church Road; thence along said westem side of Salem Church Road on a curve to
the left having a radius of 1,378.14 feet, an arc distance of 194.68 feet to a concrete
monument on the same, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 6 as shown on that derta'in~ plan of lots entitled
"Preliminary-Final Subdivision Plan, Lynndale Industrial Park" as recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in
Plan Book 55, Page 139.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a manufacturing and warehouse building
known and numbered as 215 Salem Church Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
