Attorney for Petitioner, it is ORDER AND DECREED that Glenda Farner
Strasbaugh, Clerk of the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County, is hereby
authorized, empowered and directed to make, execute, acknowledge and deliver a
deed conveying the real estate of the decedent to Sandra K. Long to be held by her
in her own right.
