please accept this request for extension on the filing the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax
Return for Betty V. Geibel, Cumberland County File No. 2008-00190. I am enclosing a
partial payment on the estate taxes due of $ 5,949.
My brother, Gregory J. Geibel, 809 Mandy Lane, Camp Hill, PA 17011, and I are the co-
executors of the estate.
Unfortunately, due to the current real estate market condition and extreme fluctuations in
value of property, we have been unable to obtain a stable and realistic appraisal of the
real property owned by the estate (809 Mandy Lane, Camp Hill, PA 17011), nor have we
yet been able to identify/attract a viable buyer.
