On September 30, 2008, Marian Crowell passed away, and therefore, we kindly
request that the Petition Under ~ 5511 of the Probate, Estates, and Fiduciaries Code to
Adjudge Marian Crowell to be Totally Incapacitated and Appoint a Permanent Plenary
Guardian for her Person and Estate which was filed with your office be withdrawn.
