NO. 08-6164 CAMERON MANAGEMENT, INC.: CIVIL ACTION - LAW Defendant COMPLAINT AND NOW, comes the Plaintiff, DriveKore, Inc., by and through its' attorney, Charles Rector, Esquire, and avers in support of its' Complaint against Defendant, Cameron Management, Inc., as follows: 1. Plaintiff, DriveKore, Inc., is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with a principal place of business located at 101 Wesley Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17055. 2. Defendant, Cameron Management, Inc., is a Pennsylvania Corporation with an office or principal place of business located at 1000 N. Cameron Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, PA 17103 3. Plaintiff engages in the business of, among other things, repairing, renting and selling tools and materials for construction projects to contractors. 4. From August 2007 through April 2008, Defendant purchased and/or rented various tools and materials from Plaintiff and had repair work performed by Plaintiff. A true and correct copy of all invoices for these purchases and/or rentals are attached hereto, incorporated herein and marked collectively as Exhibit "A." Plaintiff provided services to the Defendant in good faith, and Defendant has used the tools and materials on its' construction project. 6. Despite repeated written demands for payment, Defendant has failed and/or refused to pay the total balance owing of $5,645.46. 7. Plaintiff is entitled to statutory interest at the rate of 6% per annum, which interest amount is calculated as $146.14 at the time of the filing of this Complaint. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, DriveKore, Inc., demands judgment in its' favor and against Defendant, Cameron Management, Inc., in the amount of $5,791.60, plus additional interest which accrues until final adjudication and for such other relief as the Court deems just and appropriate under the circumstances.
