administrator of the estate of Howard M. Bivens, who died April 2, 2006,
completed the settlement of the estate except for paying the final costs and
distributing the residue to the heirs when he died April 29, 2008; it further appears
the sole asset of the estate is a Citizens Bank account in the amount of $2,857.70
and the costs of having an administration DBNCTA appointed in the Howard M.
Bivens estate would be prohibitive; it is therefore ORDERED AND DECREED
that Citizens Bank is hereby authorized and directed to pay the proceeds of the
estate account of the Howard M. Bivens estate, number 620197-985-2 by separate
checks payable to the following:
