RE: Maj. George E, Bartges (deceased) Estate Appraisal Correction
Dear Atty. Black:
Mr. Adoiphus Bartges informed me ora correction to be made to the appraisal report. Mr.
Bartges has requested that number 53,' the wheelchair or motorized chair, valued at $100.00 be
removed from the appraisal. Medicare.is reclaiming this chair and Mr. Bartges believes the chair
should not be included in the appraisal. The new total for the Science & Medicine category would
be $1,740.00 and the new total of the entire appraisal $3,015.50.
Please letme know ill need to print out new copies with this correction. I am not sure ifa hand-
written notation, by You is sufficient for the estate appraisal of Maj. George E. Bartges. I have
made an amended copy of the appraisal report in my file and it would be no trouble for me to
print a new report and bum a new CD-ROM. I have sent Mr. Bartges a copy of the amended
appraisal report. ·
Thank you!
Yours faithfully,
