consideration of One Dollar, to Contractor paid
by Owner , it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
guilding by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land being situate in Township of Hampden,
County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point located on the northerly right-of-way line of Lookout Drive, said
point being a front property comer of Lot 53; thence along Lot 53, North 17 degrees 16 minutes 10
seconds West, a distance of 240.79 feet to a point; thence along lands now or formerly of Julie
Charles and Walter Fitting, Jr. and lands now or formerly of Jennifer Osborne, South 72 degrees
43 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 133.41 feet to a point; thence along Lot 55, South 12
degrees 27 minutes 56 seconds East, a distance of 244.53 feet to a point on said northerly right-of-
way; thence along said right-of-way, by a curve to the left having a radius of 740.00 feet an arc
distance of 135.06 feet being subtended by a chord of North 72 degrees 18 minutes 22 seconds East,
a distance of 134.87 feet to a point; thence along the same, North 67 degrees 04 minutes 39 seconds
East, a distance of 19.12 feet to a point, said point being the point of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 35,176.21 square feet or 0.807 acres of land.
BEING Lot 54 on the Plan of Signal Hill Residential Development, Final Subdivision Plan
for Tract 1, Final-Phase 4, as prepared by Melham Associates, PC, dated July 25, 2003, and recorded
