Meyer Owner In the Court of Common Pleas County of Cumberland , Pennsylvania MCNAUGHTON HOMES, a division of The McNaughton Company Docket Number Page Number Term 2004 Whereas, Thadd C. Meyer and Kendra A. Meyer, hereinafter called the Owner, is about to execute contemporaneously with MCNAUGHTON HOMES, a division of The McNaughton Company of 4400 Deer Path Road, Suite 201, Harrisburg, PA 17110, hereinafter called the Contractor, a contract for the erection or construction of a SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING upon the lot of ground known as 5785 Fawn Meadow Lane, Lot 117~West bury, Enola, PA 17025Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, described in Exhibit "A" hereof, of which Thadd C. Meyer and Kendra A. Meyer are the title holder of record; and Now, March 24, 2004, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building or improvement, to purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said padies as part of said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, nether the undersigned Contractor, any Sub-contractor or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into between said parties shall file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof. This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary within 10 days after date in accordance with the requirements of the Act of August 24, 1963, P.L. 497, as amended, In Witness Whereof, the said parties have hereunto set their hands and seal the day and year aforesaid. Meyer -- MCNAUGHTON HOMES, A DIVISION OF THE MCNAUGHTON COMPANY File No. 7582-1~9ABAM ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or lot of land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southern right of way line of Fawn Meadow Lane (50.00 feet wide), said point being located at the northeastern corner of Lot No. 116; thence along said right of way line of Fawn Meadow Lane, North 88 degrees 30 minutes 15 seconds East, for a distance of 107.00 feet to a point at the northwestern corner of Lot No. 118; thence along the western boundary line of Lot No, 118 South 01 degree 29 minutes 45 seconds East for a distance of 135.00 feet to a point in line of other lands now or formerly of The McNaughton Company; thence along said other lands of McNaughton South 88 degrees 30 minutes 15 seconds West for a distance of 107.00 feet to a point at the southeastern corner of Lot No. 116; thence along the eastern boundary line of Lot No. 116 North 01 degree 29 minutes 45 seconds West for a distance of 135.00 feet to a point, and the place of BEGINNING. THIS piece, parcel or [or of [and consists of approximately 14,445 square feet of land, has an address of 5785 Fawn Meadow Lane, and is known and numbered as Lot No. 117 on the Finat Subdivision Plan for Westbury - Phases VIIA and VIIB, which is recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 86, Page 4.
