Whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single family dwelling on that certain lot
of ground si.tuate in West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as Lot No.
40 as show~ on the Final Subdivision Plan for Greystone Acres, said Plan recorded in Cumberhnd County
Plan Book 72, Page 70.
Being further identified as Tax Parcel No. 46-09-0523-~,0
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and in
consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt wl~ereof is
hereby acl~nowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for th~:mselves
and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agxee that no me~chanic's
liens or cl~ums shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them o:r any of
them under said con~ract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and con~msction of the said
buildings on ~he lot above-desCribed, and the said Contractor, for themselves, theix subcontractors al~d others
under them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens
or claims against the said building5 or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien,
shall be a;~ independent covenant.
