This agreement is for the understanding that William R Miller has loaned the
Sum of Twenty Five Thousand dollars to William S Miller. This agreement
shall be in effect until the loan has been paid in full. In exchange William
S Miller agrees to offer his 1992 Toyota truck as collateral and will become
the property of William R Miller until said loan is repaid in full and further
due hereby authorize and empower the prothonotary or any Attorney of any
court of records in Pennsylvania or elsewhere, to appear for and confess
judgment in favor of the legal holder above, for the sum, at any time, with
or without declaration, with costs of suit, release of errors, without stay of
execution, and with five percent added for collection fees, and also waive the
right ofinquision on any real estate that may levied upon to collect this note,
and do hereby voluntarily condemn the same and authorize the Prothonotary
to enter upon the Fi. Fa, said voluntary condemnation, and further agree that
said estate may be sold on Fi. Fa and hereby waive and release all relief from
any and all appraisements, stay or execution laws of any State now in force, or
hereafter to be pasS¢d, and also waive the benefits of the present and any further
bankrupt law that maybe be passed by the United States.
