for the erection of a story building upon a lot of land situate
AND COMMONLY KNOWN AS LOT ~J36, 1413 INVERNESS DRIVE, TOWNSHIP OF HAMPDEN, CUHBERLAND
COHNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AS SET FORTH TN THE DEED DATED APRIL , 2004, RECORDED AT
DEED BOOK , PAGE , IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE FOR CUMBERLAND COUNTY,
PENNSYLVANIA, AS MORE SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" WHICH IS INCORPORATED
HEREIN AND ATTACHED HERETO.

building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in the Township of Hampden, County of
Cumberland, Commonwealth of Penasylvarfia, being more fully bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINs.WING at a point located on the southerly right-of-way line of Inverness Drive, Twenty-five
Feet (25') from the centerline 6f the same and being a front property corner of Lot 35;
TItENCE along said Lot 35, South 51 Degrees 35 Minutes 21 Seconds East (S51°35'21"E) a
distance, of 126.02 feet to a point, said point being a comer of Lot 33;
TIIENCE along said Lot 33, South 32 Degrees 05 Minutes 47 Seconds West (S32°05'47"W) a
distance of 80.60 feet to a point, said point being a corner of Lot 37;
