Ross E. Starner, Dorale J. Frykman and Lester F. Starner, it is hereby ordered and decreed that
Marcus A. McKnight, III, be appointed Successor Trustee of the Starner Family Trust. It is also
approved that the fee to cover the cost of time and expense involved in this negotiation since the
death of Edna Starner will be $3,000.00
