Decedent, REV-1500 which we are filing on behalf of the above-named estate together
with all appropriate attachments. In addition, please find the Inventory which we are also
filing on behalf of the above-named estate.
Enclosed is our check No. 02813717 dated 9/29/2008 and made payable to the Register
of Wills, Agent in the amount of $6,156.94. This check represents payment in full of the
tax shown due on the return. Also enclosed is our check No. 02813718 dated 9/29/08 and
made payable to the Register of Wills in the amount of $30.00. This check represents
payment of the fees for filing the Inventory and PA Inheritance Tax Return.
Please take note of the POSTMARK DATE on our mailing envelope and kindly enter
said date on the appropriate line of the Official Receipt.
Please acknowledge receipt of the above-mentioned items by signing the enclosed copy
