STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
JULIO 1. SOLA and TRACIE E. OSBORN, hereinafter called "Owner', have executed,
or are about to execute contemporaneously herewith a contract with HOFFMAN'S CUSTOM
CONTRACTING, INC., hereinafter called "Contractor", for the construction of site
improvements and other structures upon land of Owner situate at Lot 62, comer of Ashton
Street and Bradford Place, Clarendon, Carlisle, Dickinson Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit °A,° attached hereto
and made part hereof.
NOW, this '~`~ day of October, 2008, before any authority has been given by the
said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said improvements or to purchase
materials for the same, in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner and the
further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien
shall be filed against said improvements or the above property of Owner by the Contractor, or
any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the construction upon
said real property, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

Property Description
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of land situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with Subdivision Plan for Clarendon ,
prepared by Statler-Brehm Associates, Inc., dated June 10, 1998 consisting of 14 pages, a copy
of which was recorded in the hereinafter named Recorder's Office on August 19, 1998 in Plan
Book 77, Page 56, which Subdivision Plan for Clarendon is incorporated herein by reference, as
follows:
BEGINNING ~t a point on the southern right-of--way line of 50 feet wide Ashton Street at the
dividing line between Lots Nos. 61 and 62; thence along said dividing line, South 55 degrees 47
minutes 05 seconds East, a distance of 216.92 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots
Nos. 61, 62 and 79; thence along the dividing line between Lots Nos. 62 and 79, South 34
degrees 12 minutes 55 seconds West, a distance of 296.50 feet to a point in the eastern right-
of-way line of Bradford Place; thence along said right-of-way line, North 55 degrees 47 minutes
05 seconds West, a distance of 176.92 feet to a point; thence continuing on a curve to the right
having a radius of 40.00 feet a chord bearing North 10 degrees 47 minutes 05 seconds Wet an
arc distance of 56.57 feet to a point in the southern right-of--way line of 50 feet wide Ashton
Street; thence along said right-of-way line, North 34 degrees 12 minutes 55 seconds West, a
distance of 256.50 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
THE ABOVE describe lot of land is all of Lot No. 62 as shown on said Subdivision Plan for
Clarendon and contains a net area of 63,974 square feet, more or less.
