17013, died on June 25, 2008. Written notice of said claim was given to Mark W.
Allshouse, Esquire, counsel to the Personal Representative at 4833 Spring Road,
Shermans Dale, PA 17090 on September 29, 2008.
This is a priority claim pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S.A. §3392(3).
