Please be advised that this office has been retained to administer, along with PNC Bank,
the Estate of Sarah L. Reigh. Accordingly, enclosed for your files are copies of the 5.6(a}Notices
of Beneficial Interest sent to the charitable beneficiaries of the Estate of Sarah L. Reigh, as well as
a courtesy copy of the Decedent's Last Will and Testament and Letters Testamentary and the
Certification of Notice Under Rule 5.6(a). Please note that the addresses for two of the charitable
beneficiaries, i.e., Logan Valley Baptist Church and Trinity United Methodist Church, were
incorrect and the notices were returned to me by the Post Office. We have re-mailed the notices
to the following addresses: 335 Main Street, Bellwood, PA 16617 and X33 Main Street,
Bellwood, PA 16671, respectively. As the administration of this Estate progresses, we will
provide you with copies of the applicable tax filings, a copy of the proposed accounting, and
executed Receipts and Releases for your review on behalf of the charitable beneficiaries.
In the meantime, should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to
