CUSTODY STIPULATION
It is hereby stipulated that:
1. Sherese S. Hodge, natural mother of herein named minor, is an adult
individual who currently resides at 521 Cherry Court, Carlisle, PA
17013.
2. Randal L. Gill, natural father of herein named minor, is an adult
individual who currently resides at 21 Arlington Rd., Carlisle, PA
17013.
3. Tavian T. Gill, minor and natural child of Sherese S. Hodge and
Randal L. Gill, currently resides at 521 Cherry Court, Carlisle, PA
17013.
4. Sherese S. Hodge has joint, legal, and physical custody of Tavian T.
Gill. Sherese S. Hodge wishes to give custody of Tavian T. Gill to
Randal L. Gill. Randal L. Gill will have full, legal and physical custody
of Tavian T. Gill, including the right and responsibility to make
decisions regarding Tavian T. Gill's education, health, financial and
any other decision that may be required to properly care for said minor.
5. Randal L. Gill wishes to accept full, legal and physical custody of
Tavian T. Gill.
6. There is no requirement for Sherese S. Hodge to pay child support in
any manner or form.
