OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
PENNSYLVANIA NO. 2006-0620
APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
A certain Testamentary Trust known as the Ruth L. Anderson
Testamentary Trust was established in the Last Will and Testament of
Ruth L. Anderson, dated October 30, 2001, and Codicil dated January 31,
2003, which names as Trustee, Financial Trust Services Company. Under
the terms of said will, Richard C. Anderson has the power to appoint a
successor/substitute Trustee. It is the intent of Richard C. Anderson
to appoint SEI Private Trust as a substitute for Financial Trust
Services Company.
NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby appoints SEI Private Trust as
Trustee under the Ruth L. Anderson Testamentary Trust.
