the estate, on account of the undersigned's share of the Estate of Jane S. Meyers;
AND THEREFORE, the said JACQUES D. MEYERS, JR., does by these presents
remise, release, quit-claim and forever discharge the said Jacques D. Meyers, his heirs,
successors and assigns, of and from any and all actions, liabilities, claims and demands relating
in any way to this final distribution of the said Estate of Jane S. Meyers.
The undersigned verifies that the statements made in the foregoing document are true and
correct. I understand that false statements herein are made subject to the penalties of 18 Pa. C.S.
§4909 relating to unsworn falsification to authorities.
