After applying a credit for l'he outstanding warranty, the lender will liquidate the vehicle at auction, and the remaining deficiency balance will be the obligation of tlae estate. Insofar as the sale of the automobile has not yet occurred, we are unsure of the exact amount of the deficiency balance, but believe it to not exceed the outstanding loan balance set faith above. In the event the Foregoing information mitigates against the appointment of IVIs. Peazlman as Administratrix, kindly return the Petition far T'rabate and. additional materials we previously fated with the Cumberland County li`egister of Wills.
