PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF A
SMALL ESTATE UNDER SECTION 3102
OF THE PEF CODE
1. Petitioners are Edward Bianco, husband/widower of the decedent
and Carol Hollis, daughter of the decedent. Petitioner, Edwan~ Bianco, currently
resides at Country Meadows Nursing Home, 4837 E. Trindle Ftoad,
Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. Petitioner, Carol Hollis, currently resides at 1 West
Schoolside Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055
2. Petitioners' decedent, Lulu Bianco, died testate on October 11,
2006. Petitioner's decedent's domicile was 1708 Locust Street, New
Cumberland, PA 17070.
3. Petitioners' decedent died testate and the will was probated on
January 22, 2007. Letters testamentary were granted to Edward Bianco,
widower, and Carol Hollis, daughter, as co-executors.
4. Petitioners' decedent made gifts of various tangible personal
property to her children and grandchildren. In addition, her children held joint
interests in various bank accounts. The residue of her property was left to her
husband, Edward Bianco.
5. Of the tangible personal property that was left kry decedent, the only
tangible personal property with more than a nominal value' eras left to decedent's
children, Carol Bianco Hollis and Louise Bianco Ralph. However, this property
was disclaimed by disclaimers signed in January 2007. A copy of the disclaimers
are attached as Exhibit A.
6. The inheritance tax return reflects distribution of joint bank account
interests to the decedent's children, nonetheless resulting in ~~ net negative value
to the estate.
7. Petitioners are unaware of any unpaid claims against the estate.
Decedent left her grandchildren some small jewelry items of limited value„ While it was believed
that disclaimers had been executed with respect to these items and they were not stated on the
inheritance tax return as a result, their value is small and would not result in a positive value
subject to tax. Consequently, they do not warrant a correction to the inheritance tax return.

WHEREFORE, Petitioners respectfully request that, to the extent any
property has not already been distributed to Edward Bianco, that such property
be approved for distribution to Edward Bianco. Further, Petitioners respectfully
request that they be discharged as the personal representatives of the Estate of
Lulu Bianco.
