Phelps Estate (File #: 21-07-0527) Inheritance and Estate Tax Return -Correction Request Charlotte: I am the execu#or #or the above referenced estate and this is a request to correct several entries on the PA Rev 1500 that was filed on August 14, 2008. This would be a supplemental request to another request previously faxed on September 25 (see attached copy) to correct two entries on the return. Per a recent conversation with William Lyons in your office, this re#um has no# yet been assigned to an examiner.
